The Hands
The hands are important to a human being. Without them we are helpless. Study Diagram 2.1. Each digit of the hand represents one of the five elements. Each of the hands also acts as one of the polar nodes of one's inner forces. These poles influence and are influenced by the various internal and external manifestations of the universe.
